Adapt and Close the Gap
We are working with Glasgow City Council to provide fully funded advice, support and training to employers based and/or operating in Glasgow.
We are offering solutions that will make employers forward-thinking, confident and certain in your hiring choices and, eventually, recruitment processes and workplaces that are inclusive.
Our aim is to ensure that your services achieve real, sustainable, and significant improvements in workplaces. Change that will give you confidence to hire disabled people and build your capacity to retain, support and develop the disabled people you employ.
We work with you to ensure that your hiring process is inclusive and accessible for applicants and that once in the role, they are adequately supported, so both you and your new employees are set up for success.
Why are Glasgow City Council funding this work?
Scotland is on a mission to reduce the Disability Employment Gap by at least half before 2038. Enabling Glasgow’s employers to tap into a pool of talent and expertise that exists within the disabled community.
