Access to Work: Reasonable Adjustments
Learn about the legal rights and obligations surrounding reasonable adjustments in the workplace. Discover practical strategies for providing appropriate accommodations for disabled employees.

Mental Health in the Workplace
Poor mental health is now the number one reason we are absent from our workplace. Our mental health training will provide details on good practices to support mental well-being in your organisation.

Autism and neurodiversity in the workplace – A strengths based approach
This introductory session seeks to introduce neurodiversity in the workplace and normalize conversations between employers, employees and neurodivergent colleagues by fostering an environment where neurodivergent colleagues can be their authentic selves and perform at their best.

Neurodiversity in the workplace – Line Manager Training
The aim of this session is to equip Line Managers and HR Managers with valuable insights, knowledge, and practical tips on effectively managing and supporting neurodivergent team members, fostering an environment where individuals can thrive in their careers.

Neuroinclusive Hiring & Recruitment
The training, designed with a focus on talent management and recruitment, systematically deconstructs the recruitment process. Its goal is to empower hiring and talent managers by providing insights into how they can assess and adjust each aspect of their recruitment process to make it neuroinclusive.

The Details

All training sessions are 2 hours and delivered online via MS Teams or Zoom.

You can book any number of courses at anytime.

To book a session exclusively for your workplace is £900 for up to 20 people. To discuss this with the SUSE team please contact info@susescotland.scot.

We will also host sessions on specific topics, which is great if you only have one or two employees to attend training at any one time. The per person cost is £75. Dates will be listed below when available.
