Meet our SUSE Board Members

My journey with SUSE began in 2021 when I became a member of the Experience Network for the APT PSP. This was my first introduction to accessibility in the workplace beyond my previous specific experience of working in the Creative Industry, where I provided Audio Description Consultancy to theatre companies to support them make productions accessible for Blind and Visually Impaired actors and audience members.

Courtney has dedicated her entire professional career to supporting people with additional support needs. She currently serves as the Programme Specialist for Scotland at DFN Project SEARCH, a charity committed to securing full-time, paid employment for individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism spectrum conditions.

Emma is CEO of Young Enterprise Scotland, a Scottish charity providing enterprise and financial education to young people across Scotland.

Ian has worked in Welfare to Work for the last 14 years, delivering a range of disability employment contracts including New Deal for Disabled People, Work Choice and Work First.

Norma is Chief Executive Officer of Values Into Action Scotland (VIAS) and has been with the organisation since 2009.

Donella is currently employed with North Lanarkshire Council as Supported Enterprise Manager.

Angela has worked in supported employment with Fife Council since 1996.
