Donella is currently employed with North Lanarkshire Council as Supported Enterprise Manager. Supported Enterprise has two 2 distinct arms, Supported Employment and North Lanarkshire Industries Supported Business where employability and enterprise connect to create development and employment opportunities for disabled people and those facing challenging barriers to entering the labour .
Previous to this Donella was Multi Site manager with Remploy managing Supported Enterprises in Lanarkshire and Edinburgh delivering DWP Work Choice.
Over the years Donella has gained substantial experience within commercial, supported business and public sector environments creating and implement successful business strategies, building efficient and proactive management structures whilst delivering effective operational results in a socially responsible method
Donella passionately believes that everyone has something unique to offer and her drive and focus is centred on social inclusion for disabled people and those facing challenging barriers to gain and sustain employment.
