Experience Network

The purpose of the Experience Network is to ensure people who have lived experience of a disability or long-term health condition are at the centre of everything we do.

The group is intended to bring together a range of people with lived experience who have a passion for working with employers to develop their understanding of employing disabled people and having a diverse workforce.

Our Experience Network consult on the development of projects, deliver training to employers and work with them to complete accessibility audits.

Get Involved!

We’re looking for new members to join the Experience Network to ensure the group represents a diverse range of knowledge and skills.

By joining the Experience Network you can play a part in helping to change workplaces and the opportunities available to disabled people.

If you are a disabled person, or have a long-term health condition, with experience of employment and you’re looking for training opportunities, career development, networking and to be part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

In this video, members of the Experience Network tell you more about what’s involved…

If you don’t see the video here, you can view it on YouTube.

Join our Exciting New Projects!

We have various projects running throughout 2025 and 2026 across Scotland. We’re looking to expand the Experience Network to work with us on these projects.
