Grant Campbell joined SUSE as Chief Executive Officer in July 2026. He brings extensive leadership experience from across Scotland’s third sector, with a strong track record of partnership working, systems change and social justice.
Before joining SUSE, Grant was Head of Partnerships and Collaboration at Homeless Network Scotland. He has also held senior leadership roles as Director of Client Services at Crisis UK and Chief Executive of Glasgow City Mission. Throughout his career, Grant has worked to bring organisations together to create positive outcomes for people facing disadvantage and exclusion.
Grant is passionate about creating a more inclusive Scotland, where disabled people and those with long-term health conditions have access to meaningful employment opportunities and can thrive in work. At SUSE, he leads the organisation’s work to influence policy, strengthen Supported Employment services and champion inclusive workplaces across Scotland.
