Jennifer worked in the care sector before moving to housing and homeless charities where she worked for seven years to uphold housing rights for all. Following her own journey navigating disability in employment, she found her passion in supporting other disabled people and those who work with them.
She joined SUSE in Sept 2025 as an Apt Project Co-ordinator continuing the work of our Apt projects which aim to halve the Disability Employment Gap by 2038. Jennifer will continue to work closely with Apt partners and our Experience Network to help employers recruit, support and retain disabled people.
