We are delighted to announce that we are now members of The CPD Certification Service, and our flagship ‘Understanding Supported Employment’ training course has achieved CPD certification. This marks an important milestone in our commitment to delivering high-quality learning and professional development opportunities for the supported employment sector.
CPD (Continuing Professional Development) certification provides independent recognition that a learning activity meets recognised standards for professional development and has been assessed for its quality, relevance and educational value.
The accreditation of Understanding Supported Employment gives learners added confidence that the training has been independently reviewed and recognised by a leading CPD certification body. The course equips participants with a clear understanding of the principles, values and proven practices that underpin effective supported employment.
This achievement reflects SUSE’s ongoing commitment to building the knowledge, skills and confidence of practitioners, employers and partners who support disabled people and those with long-term health conditions to secure and sustain meaningful employment.
