Employer – Ability Mentor – The Usual Place

Employer-Ability Mentor: 35hrs (Full-time position, full flexibility required) – £26,227.50 per annum (Real Living Wage of £13.45 per hour)

The Usual Place Cafe is a not for personal profit organisation based in Dumfries. You will work as part of a team who work with young people to deliver a welcoming customer experience, enabling them to gain the skills they need to achieve employment in the hospitality or retail industries.

You will have warmth, enthusiasm and a creative approach to your work along with the ability to engage positively with a wide range of people.
