If you require a Meet and Greet, we can provide access support from 2 local bus stops (Chapel Street and Lauriston Place) or Edinburgh Station. Please let us know as soon as possible if you require this.

To request a free ticket please email admin@extant.org.uk and caroline@extant.org.uk and include the show name, a phone number, access requirements and if you require meet and greet. These tickets will be on a first come, first served basis and priority is given to visually impaired adults.

In collaboration with ExtantUnderbelly and the theatre companies, visually impaired access has been created for these shows post-production. This is not audio description, but instead an ‘Enhanced’ way of providing access that has been tried and tested by Extant.

Enhance Access information:

We invite visually impaired audiences to come along and experience the programme notes and touch tour before each show begins. The notes encapsulate the visual aspects of the show and are written with access for visually impaired audiences at the core. The Touch Tour offers exploration of set, props, and costume: offering an immersive space in which to imagine the work before the show begins. Please note these performances are not audio described.

Squeezed between these two amazing shows is our Meet Extant & VICS Event
