Inverclyde Council
Inverclyde Council contributes to the Employability Pipeline by delivering services to residents looking for work, or looking to improve their employment situation. We also support Inverclyde businesses to train and grow their workforce.
The purpose and structure of the national Employability Pipeline is to provide people with a tailor made pathway of support, where their individual circumstances, barriers, needs and aspirations are assessed and delivery organisations work collaboratively to support and progress each individual through their personal pathway towards, and into, a positive destination.

The Employability and Skills Team within the Council should be your first point of contact if you want to look into improving your skills and/or employment situation. You may be looking for your first job, or looking to move back into work if you have been out of employment. If you are already in work but want to look at other employment options, then we can support you to do that too. Our staff are knowledgeable, approchable and dependable and will be focussed on supporting you to improve your employment prospects.
