Community Living Services

Community Living Services in West Scotland focus on providing you with housing support and care at home. Our goal is to assist you in your independence, 24 hours a day.

Junction 52 is a day opportunities service which provides fun and meaningful activities for you to get involved in.

Sunshine Tots Group

Offering our bespoke, child-centred Sunshine Toddlers Group at Corseford School, where we hope to welcome children between 0-4 years and their families to come along, have fun, connect with other families and benefit.

Centred on You

As well as providing you with support in your own home, our excellent staff team will provide as much or as little support as you want to access resources in your local community.

Promoting Your Independence

Our services are tailored to your personal needs. Whether you would like support with personal care, budgeting, shopping, paying bills, cooking, attending appointments, arranging medications, or even some assistance going on holiday.

Physical Disability Service

We provide support to around 120 people with a physical disability who are experiencing social isolation. We support people throughout the Dumfries and Galloway area, either in the form of one-to-one support or in the form of group support.

Children, Adults, and Families Service

We offer excellent support, information, and advice to children, adults, and their families with acquired brain injuries (ABI).

Self-Directed Support Service

We offer a leading brokerage service linking you with personal assistants who can support you with your care needs, using your own self-directed support budget.

Our Day Opportunities

Our day opportunities service, based at City Quay, provides us with a great centre to offer you a whole range of creative and rewarding activities. Whether you want to get involved in music, drama, cooking, sport, or anything else.

Helping you Live Independently

Our Dundee Services also work heavily within our customer’s own homes and communities, helping people to lead independent, fulfilling lives. We focus on providing housing support and care at home.

Day Opportunities Service

We offer our customers a respectful, encouraging, and safe space to meet their goals. We’ll work to create a tailor-made Caring Support package which is led by you, for you, and only you.

Activities4All

Activities4All can support children with additional support needs into any mainstream holiday club in Edinburgh of their choice.

Edinburgh Childcare 4 All

Edinburgh Childcare 4 All supports mainstream childcare settings to develop their capacity to include children with additional support needs within their services and provision.

Riccarton Hub

At Riccarton, we provide fun and meaningful activities for you to get involved in during the day. We pride ourselves in enhancing outcomes and life experiences and in our Hub, we focus on health and well-being as well as creating smiles.

YouthZone

YouthZone is a weekend social support service for young people with additional support needs.

Our Fife Services offer both Housing Support and Care at Home services for people with disabilities.

Oakfield provides a day opportunities service for a small group of adults.

Corseford College

Corseford College offers opportunities for post-school education to young people in Scotland aged between 18-25 whose needs can’t be met in a mainstream college.

Wallace Court is a residential care home providing accommodation on a permanent or long-term basis for disabled adults with physical or learning disabilities.

Annaty

Named after the Annaty burn which flows into the Tay, our residential service is part of the Upper Springland campus near the city centre of Perth.

Rosiebank and Tummel

At Rosiebank and Tummel, we provide residential care on a permanent or long-term basis for people who have exceptional care and support needs.

Tayview

Tayview is a residential setting providing accommodation and 24-hour support to adults with physical disabilities and who may also have learning difficulties.

The Studio

We provide day opportunities to adults in Perth and the surrounding areas, as well as the residents of the Upper Springland care home. Our service is fully accessible to everyone and our goal is to help you lead your life to the fullest.

Stanmore House Residential acts as both a boarding element to Stanmore House School and a residential and respite service for the children of Scotland.
