LECTURER – BUSINESS

£43,402.00 – £52,247.00 per annum, pro rata

Part Time

(Fixed Term Contract until June 2028)

7 hours per week

Scottish Borders Campus, Galashiels

Our Business curriculum at Borders College covers a broad range of subject areas, including marketing, accounting, entrepreneurship and business operations, so a strong interest in these disciplines is essential.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and learner focused individual to support the delivery of Business units within our department. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high quality learning, teaching, and assessment that enables learners to develop the knowledge, skills, confidence and professionalism required to progress into employment, apprenticeships or further and higher education. We are seeking someone with industry relevant knowledge and practical experience who can help learners understand current business practices and employer expectations across a range of sectors.

You should be currently qualified to at least SCQF Level 9 in a Business related subject.
