Service Area: Glasgow
Versatility is a person-centred day service for young adults (over 18 years old) with mild/moderate learning disabilities and those on the autism spectrum. Versatility is funded by Self Directed Support (SDS) and is based in Templeton, Glasgow.
Versatility runs from Monday – Friday 10-4pm (finishing at 3pm on Fridays).
Versatility provides a group setting exploring different activities, such as arts and crafts, music, fitness, animation and dance.
We use our own tutors to facilitate these sessions, as well as other specialised classes out with Momentum.
We also work on developing people’s numeracy and literacy needs on a daily basis. Group outings to local attractions are also part of the Versatility programme.
Friendly and approachable group workers are always present; however, people must be able to work in a group setting as one-to-one support is not provided.
Small group settings are, however, provided for those who prefer a quiet space to work and socialise.
