Come along to this free webinar featuring experts from The Better Health Generation as they discuss support and techniques for dealing with the trauma you are taking on vicariously.

• The session will start with a basic introduction around vicarious trauma and what it might look like – how to recognise it.
• How vicarious trauma affects the body and mental health and how to identify you as an individual may be struggling with it – the importance of dealing with it from a self-perspective
• Share some helpful techniques that staff can use to help keep themselves feeling resilient and able to deal with vicarious trauma.
