See Us is the movement to end mental health stigma and discrimination across Scotland. Sign up, be part of the change, and get everything you need to take action where you are.
See Me. See Us.
More than half of people in Scotland say their perceptions of people with mental health problems have improved over the past ten years.
However more than two thirds of people with mental health problems have still experienced discrimination and been treated unfairly. That could be over one million Scots. Stigma and discrimination can be the difference between life and death.
So now is the time for us all to come together, build on the positive changes in society, and do something to make a difference.
Wherever you want to make a change, and however you want to do it, there is something for you in this movement.
Where do you want to make a change?
Whether you are starting out, and just want some more information, want to do something small, something big, or make ongoing sustained change, we have tools and resources to help you to do something. Wherever you want to make a change, and if you want to do it for yourself, for someone else, as part of your job, or volunteering, there is something for you.
We have resources to help you take action:
- In your workplace
- In your community
- In your work with young people
