Neuroinclusive Works CIC is a social enterprise that supports early career individuals with disabilities,with a focus on neurodivergence with their transitions towards independence and employment.
Neuroinclusive Works CIC is a social enterprise that supports early career individuals with disabilities, with a focus on neurodivergence, with their transitions towards independence and employment. We adopt a person-centered approach, working with the individual and their support network, to develop person-centred plans, undertake careers planning and coaching, providing intensive job search and job onboarding support.
In addition, we work in partnership with organizations to enhance their neuroinclusive workplace practices to create supportive pathways for individuals with disabilities.
We are also a member of Person Centred Planning Network Scotland.
Person Centred Planning
We support early career neurodivergent individuals (16-25 yr olds) facing challenges in their transition to independence and employment. On a 1:1, in person basis, we build an actionable long-term Person-Centred Plan.

Neurodiversity in the workplace employer training
The training, systematically deconstructs the recruitment process. Its goal is to empower hiring managers by providing insights into how they can assess and adjust the recruitment process to make it neuroinclusive.
