ENABLE Scotland
ENABLE Works are a distinct part of ENABLE Scotland, one of Scotland’s largest and well-established charities, with over 65 years experience of building a more equal society.
ENABLE Works is a specialist employability service, working across 23 Scottish local authorities and supporting over 2000 disabled and disadvantaged people each year.
We work with a variety of partners to support people from school into adulthood, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to find and keep a job.
We offer a series of different programmes designed to work with people at school, at college, through training and into work.
Our team is here to support both individuals and employers.
Our approach is to help people think about the skills they want to develop and the type of work they want to do.
We support people every step of the way, and help find the job that’s right
We also work closely with employers to discover team members who bring a range of skills and talents to their workplace.
We provide specialist training throughout the transition and ensure that the work environment meets the needs of the individual.
