Supported Employments a person centred approach for individuals with learning disabilities, Autism or Asperger’s who live within East Ayrshire and are looking to move into employment of at least 16 hours per week.

We offer a range of support to local companies to help them find the right people and to ensure those people have the right skills.

Long-Term Unemployed – Fully Funded Opportunities

Applicants to be 25 years or over and unemployed for around 12 months or over.Entry level positions available for people to gain essential skills for future employment.

Recruitment

We will help with recruitment and pre-employment training and can arrange work trials and work experience to ensure the potential employee is the right person for your business.Recruitment incentives may be available.

Modern Apprentice

An apprenticeship is a paid job plus the employee works towards achieving a Scottish Vocational (SVQ) Qualification or equivalent.

Staff Training

For employees from East Ayrshire who meet the required criteria, we can possibly fund up to 70% of the costs of an accredited training programme
