RNIB has recently invested in an eLearning course called Understanding Sight Loss for Employment Professionals and are keen to share this with as many employment professionals as possible. The course provides an overview of the key information an employment professional needs to support blind and partially sighted customers on their pre-employment journey.
The course is free and is accessed online. You just need to let us know your contact details and how many staff you want to complete the training and we’ll send you the necessary login details.
